Latent Energies is a site-specific generative artwork that reveals the invisible flows of its surroundings. It is a playful composition of forces over time, registering the latent dynamics of its site.

Defined by shadow, light, sound, and human interactions, the wall-mounted sculpture captures the interplay of these dynamic forces in a repetition of aluminum fins. Each bi-color fin expresses a different value through its rotation and length, creating the illusion of depth and softness. These subtle changes create dramatic visual effects - smooth and turbulent topographies that vary as one moves around the piece, or experiences it from above. The result is an ever-changing installation for the passer-by.
