Futureforms is utilizing our studio, shop, fabrication equipment and supply chain to rapidly manufacture and distribute PPE. Healthcare workers’ access to personal protective equipment (PPE) has become dangerously low in the face of increasing demands due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Our V5 Face Shield. The frame is laser cut 3/16" cast acrylic, the shield is 0.005" Mylar film, the foam insert is closed cell neoprene tape

The face shield frames and sheet are delivered in a sealed plastic bag with printed instructions.
